From supporting the implementation of the Hudson Safety Ladder through the use of MAPSAF to introducing the Healthcare industry to modern risk tools such as BowTie, Hudson Global has been a staunch supporter of the Patient Safety activities in the industry. Using a people-first Cultural approach has allowed HGC to drive safety and quality improvements in a large number of care settings. With the publication of the Willems Rapport, HGC drove the implementation of Safety Management Systems in Dutch Healthcare, which has resulted in a significant improvement in outcomes.
